OpenTaiko Pre v0.6.0 b3

This is a pre-release of v0.6.0 despite it being labeled as a regular release (Due to being more stable than 0.5.4 and the previous pre-releases)
This pre-release aims to fix a wide amount of bugs that appeared during the b2 pre-release and to improve UI/UX in general.
This pre-release is currently only available for x64 Windows architectures, please check DragonRatTiger autobuilds if you want to try OpenTaiko on other systems, as there are stability issues on those for the moment: https://github.com/DragonRatTiger/OpenTaiko/releases/tag/autobuild

The Light build does not include the following elements:

• OpenTaiko Chapter I and II
• SimpleStyle (both 720p and 1080p)

Both builds do not include the 2023 Dans and Tower charts, please download the 2023 Tower and Dans archive and extract it to your songs folder if you want to play them.
Note that the files within the Replay folder are currently unused and will probably not be compatible with the final 0.6.0 release.

OpenTaiko Pre v0.6.0 b2

This is a pre-release of v0.6.0 despite it being labeled as a regular release (Due to being more stable than 0.5.4), it adds the following main features from the 0.6.0 roadmap :

- Port to .NET 7, including OpenGL support
- Chart caching and faster song loading
- Multiple UI improvements and skinning additions
- Major bug fixes
- Folder system for Dan charts
- Kusudama support (9)
- New gauges! (Hard and Extreme gauges, character specific) and character effects
- Videos fix

As this pre-release is sent in advance before the final 0.6.0, it might contains a certain amount of bugs despite extensive testing from the OpenTaiko team, we will be glad if you can report them on the Discord so we will be able to patch them for the complete release !
