Work with media team to get a photo/video gallery

Must be HTML5 compatible across mobile/desktop. A grid (or bootstrap card deck) would work fine. Any other JS library or other framework would also be fine.

Organized by year (with 'tags' if time allows)

Using another company's service to host/process our photos may also work. We can talk about the logistics of hosting the photos as GitHub has a maximum cap.
