I see that you haven't added any documentation link. Could you find one that describes how to enable 2FA on the site?

There is no online documentation. The option to enable 2-factor authentication can be enabled by going into My Account > Password and clicking on the button "Manage 2-factor authentication" as shown below. The user will have to verify their email address as part of the process if they haven't already done so.
