Intgration issues with F-key fullscreening #5

Description

  • Fullscreening does not actually make anything bigger; it only surrounds the game window with black margins to make it fullscreen.
  • The FPS drops down to single digits for a few seconds when the F-key is pressed.
  • If the game is made fullscreen using the window button, the F-key does not work.

TODO

We need to decide how fullscreening should work. Should it:

  • Increase the amount you can see, scale everything up, or change nothing?
  • Only be allowed at the start of the game, if the FPS drop cannot be fixed?
  • Be mapped to a key that is widely used for toggling fullscreen, rather than 'F'?
  • Work in tandem with the window button, or should we remove the window button?
