Recurring events only display first occurance

Hi there,
I just wanted to log a couple of issues that I came across whilst testing the Plone 5 branch.

1. Recurring events are only displayed once on the date of their initial occurrence.
2. All day events are not displayed as expected - they show as being at 12:00am instead of something to indicate they're 'all day'

Before spending any more time trying to figure out the best way to attack this problem, I wanted to check if anyone had any insight / input to the best way to proceed with fixing these issues - to make it work properly with plone events - without without detracting from the lightweight approach that has been taken to make it work with other content types...?
