The https://github.com/5ghub/5G-NB-IoT/blob/master/5G-NB-IoT_Arduino.zip library should get a library.properties manifest and be published to the PlatformIO registry per docs, or alternatively to the Arduino library registry (which PlatformIO syncs to) so that the library can be used my easily.
