Add meat countdown

Get an red LED readout that looks like a bomb timer and hook it up to the arduino.

Set up an object in Dino that updates the countdown LEDs based on days remaining until expected completion of the meat. This may mean having to hack Dino, or it may be doable with one of the currently existing Dino components, not sure.

On charcutio-web, add an api call that returns days remaining until expected completion of the master_meat for a given box.
