Is your feature request related to a problem?

Older format Bruker .spm files often carry a numerical extension, e.g. .spm.###.

It would be useful if topofileformats supported these

Describe the solution you would like.

Have .spm.### files automatically detected and loaded using spm module from topofileformats/AFMReader.
