[Feature request] Provide the enhanced scripting environment as an addon for standalone aikau clients

The enhanced scripting environment, should be share un-aware and able to be installed (as a jar) on any standalone aikau application.

I did some preliminary checking yesterday and it looks like the majority of the Share module is actually already Share un-aware in terms of services used/referenced. The main dependency on Share comes from usages of some utilities, like org.alfresco.util.PropertyCheck, during bean initialisation / validation. It should be simple to drop those and simply rename the current Share module to Surf, and have it be compatible with both standalone Surf applications (i.e. using Aikau) and Share client.
