I think I'm missing something with Hallo

Not sure what is going on but I have my load image node with my 512x512 image which is going into the Hallo node, then I have my load audio path node and that also goes into the Hallo node which now is connected to the preview video node. Now here is the odd part, when I hit the que button the Hallo node flashes green just for a split second and the preview video does the same and produces nothing. I have all the pretrained models I have ffmpeg, in fact I even made a copy of the folder of ffmpeg and put it into the Hallo main, so I have no clue why it isn't even generating.
