[PE-D][Tester E] App did not react to invalid assign command

App did not react to assign command with invalid poe/ date

I issued the following command, but the app did not respond at all. Neither did it show a response message (as seen), nor did the person card update, nor did the command turn red.

assign 1 pon/Health Insurance 2 pos/2022-01-01 poe/29023-01-01 paydate/2022-12-01 amt/300
