A "next page" and "previous page" button next to the WYSIWYG would be nice #54

While following the tutorial, I find it a bit unintuitive that I have to manually select the next chapter in the TOC. A "next page" and "previous page" button next to the WYSIWYG editor would be nice (not only for the tutorial flow, but also when working on a very big document with many pages, where the tree view gets very large).
