I'm also seeing this issue after, which started after switching to a new laptop.
It seems like the plugin setup is broken but the plugin functions normally if or when you manage to get past the setup screen.
Here is how to reproduce the issue:
Install the Jagex Launcher and RuneLite on a new machine
Launch RuneLite using the Jagex Launcher
Install the Bank Value Tracker plugin
Notice the issue: the tracker only shows a message saying "No account data found. Log in and open the bank to start tracking!"
Even if you temporarily fix the issue using the Jagex Launcher, the RuneLite launcher will never function properly with this plugin.
Here is how to fix the issue:
Uninstall the Bank Value Tracker plugin
Close RuneLite
Open RuneLite without using the Jagex Launcher application
Make sure you're signed in to RuneLite
Install the Bank Value Tracker plugin
Open the Bank Value Tracker menu from the side bar
Plugin directs me with the following:
"No account data found. Log in and open the bank to start tracking!"
Opening the bank, reinstalling the plugin, disabling other bank related plugin don't seem to solve the issue.
