Upload multiple files at one time

Ideally, people should be able to drag and drop (or browse and select) multiple files at one time.
Due to the "first file" part of the algorithm, either the first file received/selected could be considered the first file, or we could have a multiple files upload which creates a separate page.. or maybe only have multifile upload for when a person wants to add more files after the first file.
