There have been several major new features added. In particular: SLSWeighting, Uncertainties, the retroactive correction of filtered out masses (implicitSLScorrection), examples for reference pattern extraction, and instructions how to use tuning corrector. This version is now rather disconnected from the GUI. At present, the retroactive correction of filtered masses feature (implicitSLScorrection) has not been checked for compatibility with iterative. It can be made partially compatible for a single iteration.

Version 38.0

There has been a major overhaul of iterative. Concentration finder had a bug fix that showed up in certain situations of data input files (now fixed). The code can now tolerate experimental data with NaN values for some cases. Some outstanding issues: BestMassFragChooser can still be improved (though is quite good as is), RawThresholdFilter (i.e., MoleculeEliminator) is not implemented between SLSUnique yet. SLSCommon still has an issue in it of going 1,2,3,4 instead of starting back at 1 once a solution has been found.
