AWS Cloudformationn fails with:

Resource handler returned message: "ApiKey with name firstApiKey already exists"

Need to look into if this is a uniqueness constraint across accounts/region and fix it accordingly in serverless.yml

A quick workaround is to replace firstApiKey in serverless.yml with yourNameFirstApiKey
