Are forge and fabric translations interchangeable?

Yes, fully. They are specifically placed in such a way that allows to freely cherry-pick localization commits between branches.

Is there possibility for you to release info if something changes with english version (like new strings etc.) ?

I don't see why that would be neccessary. You can just check the state of en_us.json on main branch time to time, and see if there were any additions since you checked last.
