Icon wrapper renders at 24x28 instead of a perfect square

An icon will always render an imperfect square. (I have fixed this in a PR, this is a formality)

Reproducing the error on the docsite

This issue is reproducible on the Auro docsite

Expected behavior

The wrapper should match --ds-auro-icon-size sizing

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Additional context

I paired with @jason-capsule42 on this and we fixed it yesterday. I've also validated it does NOT break input styling.
