"Pico y Placa" predictor implemented using Python3.9. To use the predictor run the picoPlaca.py script and enter the specified data.
The program will ask you to enter the license plate number, date (DD/MM/YYYY) and time (HH:mm). With this, the program will tell you whether or not the car with the plate entered can circulate in the city.
The unit tests where implemented using pytest. To run the unit tests please install pytest with the following command:
pip install pytest
