No, no thermal issues (yet). The total consumption is pretty low (we would need working FW to gauge accurately) and I can measure shunted current out of regulators later, but it's only a few hundred mA at most. But I set a net class for the thickness of the trace, and I would hate for the place that a trace to burn up would be right at the power supply becuase it was routed poorly...
