  • fix BOM from XL1509-5.0 to XL1509-ADJ
  • determine why MCP I2C pullups are missing (turns out I placed two of each, somehow, and it did not make any ERC/DRC violation?
  • increase trace width out of 5V/3V3 regulators
  • User I2C port is vertical, find horizontal part and fix footprint
  • 12V rail showing 4V when only plugged in via USB, determine if we need to fix this (jp identified as protection diode in XL1509)
  • Adjust LED resistor values to match brightness across colors
  • Fix silkscreen for logic-level signals on 3v3 breakout

Apart from the trace width from the regulators, did you notice any thermal issues? I generally just throw in lots of vias and hope for the best.

No, no thermal issues (yet). The total consumption is pretty low (we would need working FW to gauge accurately) and I can measure shunted current out of regulators later, but it's only a few hundred mA at most. But I set a net class for the thickness of the trace, and I would hate for the place that a trace to burn up would be right at the power supply becuase it was routed poorly...
