BJ Lazy Load is throwing a PHP error when I go to the "Media Library" tab to upload images into a gallery post. This error results in no content appearing in the Media Library at this location.

This is the error (redacted):

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bjll_compat_wptouch() (previously declared in /path/to/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bj-lazy-load/inc/compat/wptouch.php:4) in /path/to/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bj-lazy-load/inc/compat/wptouch.php on line 4, referer: https://mysite.com/wp-admin/media-upload.php?post_id=0&type=image&tab=type_url
