update tested versions for WP repo #60

currently the “tested up to” is version 4.9, which is causing various errors and false flags as being outdated.

can the dot org repository files be updated to reflect the current versions?

This will be taken care of as soon as the wp.org maintainer returns from his well deserved summer vacation.
