AntMe! 1.7.4

This release brought some stuff to a more modern state.

• proper versioning based on tags
• Replaced oldschool XNA by FNA (no need to install XNA Framework anymore)
• Modernize code (Project files)
• Cleanup features (remove online features for now, enable video player/recorder)
• Removed autogenerated documentation (since sandcastle is not state of the art anymore)
• Updated Links and about page (link to gitgub and the new wiki)
