The colour editor in SCIM could benefit from having one of two options:

a "sort by name" button to allow sorting in ascending or descending alphabetical order
- useful if you have multiple player-made palettes, e.g. (RAL) Signal colours, (RAL) Traffic colors, (Satisfactory) Guru colors...
a "reorder" control with handles to drag colours up and down manually

Either of those would be helpful, both would be amazing.
