Error about the subscript #1 of the array IDARRAY

Hi, Dear all
I'm trying to simulate the failure process of tunnel by Anuard3D. The error as shown in the figure below occurs when the calculation continues after the completion of the excavation step. forrtl: severe(10): Subscript #l of the array IDARRAY has value 25811 which is greater than the upper bound of 23916. I would really appreciate it if you can help me solve the error.

I have found the reason of error that I precibed the wrong ID of material points which are selected for additional output. Thank you!
