Video uploads do not have a logical destination

Fresh, standard installations of ownCloud have a "pictures" directory where photos are stored. However, there is not a "videos" or "movies" folder for video uploads. Where is the logical place to include uploaded videos?

@jancborchardt: maybe we can use the same folder that's used by there other owncloud apps that handle videos?

The other mobile apps use a folder called »InstantUpload«, we should reuse that probably. cc @rperezb from the mobile apps.
