The documentation says that the maximum allowed version for use with ionic is 5.4.30, but the @ionic-native/appsflyer plugin was updated to support the 6.x.x version.

The warning can be removed so as not to intimidate or mislead

Here is a merged PR for updating the plugin:
danielsogl/awesome-cordova-plugins#3563
