Radiant Resonator has no Recipe

I am trying to get started with the mod on a new modpack (Spirit Journey on Curseforge, Minecraft 1.12.2, I believe) and encountered a pretty big potential bug. I checked through the config files for the mod and didn't find anything that would disable/change the crafting recipe there, and I have used this mod before without any issues in other modpacks,
The recipe doesn't show up in JEI or the guidebook, and trying to craft it using the same recipe from before doesn't work either.
It may very well be some other mod in the pack, but either way any help in solving the issue would be appreciated.

I'm almost positive this is just a case of the modpack developer changing or gamestaging the recipe to fit with their pack's intended progression.

Our 1.12 guidebook isn't reactive to changed recipes, so it's still going to list the old one.
