Description

Based on my issue and the discussion in #131, I propose evaluating Tvix as a potential replacement for the current Nix implementation. Let's explore its integration in NiXium for more efficient dependency management and faster evaluations.

I am already working on tvix as i want the nix daemon to be in rust with binding for (probably) steel

But first i need to implement the infrastructure to be more secure and functional.
