A module to simply create notification on different OS

I think @PierrePharel has experience with GTK, can we do it? Binding GTK to ArkScript?

Yes, we can probably do it. But, why not Qt instead GTK ?

Qt is really heavy and would need to be binded in multiple modules maybe, to avoid having a 50Mo module once it's compiled, GTK seemed simpler and smaller

But, windows and mac osx have compatibility low with gtk
