Jetpack Stats: "Try Stats" JITM when there is an Existing Stats Plan

On a site with a Jetpack Stats plan, I got a JITM nudging me to try Stats.

Steps to reproduce

1. Test on a site with paid Stats
2. Eventually the JITM will show up

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I would expect this JITM to be conditional and not display if one has a Stats plan

On a site with a Jetpack Stats plan, I got a JITM nudging me to try Stats:

When I clicked on it, it brings me to a page to purchase Stats:

No but the platform is still usable

👋 I work with the JITMs atm, so I thought I could help here.
I cannot reproduce the issue. Instead, I see the JITM:

You'll stop seeing the upgrade banners and get Email support if applicable.

Per implementation, the JITM cited in this issue is hidden for sites with all PAID and Free Stats products. @bobmatyas did the test site include a PAID Stats product? If so, which one?
Also, if a Paid or Commercial version of Stats is installed on a site, one should not see an option to "Get Stats".

Since the issue was reported, the pricing and messaging around Stats have changed. Firstly, this particular JITM is not shown in this tab anymore. You would see:
