What

I would like to add the network proxy setting function so that can customize the network proxy.

Why

Due to the network or Simplenote server is far away from China, when using Simplenote, you will often encounter PC client and mobile client data is not synchronized. By adding proxy settings, users can customize the network proxy to solve the problem of data desynchronization between different clients.

How

You can refer to Telegram proxy settings as below:

Hi @zanxj, thanks for raising this. Does it not work to use a proxy for all network traffic on your system?

Using global proxy with a proxy tool, you can proxy all network traffic on your system. However, it will cause the network in the country originally faster direct connection, due to the use of the proxy instead of slowing down. So the software customized proxy network, can be a good solution to the complex network environment connection problems.
