I have suggested some changes to SSO (see Automattic/jetpack#39037) so I will reviewing this survey feedback soon. |
Context: I'm on groundskeeper rotation this week. I'm doing a bit of triage. I'm trying to clean out the "Icebox" of issues that have just been sitting in the "Dotcom Projects" board. I'm removing this issue from the "Dotcom Projects" board as a part of that effort. Once this issue is ready to be prioritized again, please feel free to move it back under a different status. |
@escapemanuele, could you confirm if there are any measurable differences in the number of users who deactivated SSO after this PR was merged? More context in pc4f5j-4Ky-p2#comment-4456 Thanks! |

What
We want to get user feedback on why they turn Jetpack SSO off.
How many
100 people a day turn off Jetpack SSO.
I see 20/30 people a day turning off the Jetpack SSO in
wordpress.com/settings/security/
and 60/70 inwp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings
What to do
I talked with the Customer Council, and we need user permission to reach users who turned Jetpack SSO off.
A better approach would be to:
/me/developer
, that pops out when a user turns off Jetpack SSOThe text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
