Highlights not syncing

I deleted a file and my remarkable files stopped syncing (scrybble obsidian folder was empty and 'No new highlights' dialogue was shown. Tried creating a new scrybble account and no joy. Second account was [email protected]. Let me know if you need any other info.

I'm a new user (Remarkable Paper Pro) and have also found that my highlights aren't syncing. I had to manually click on files to sync them from the dashboard, and they just appear in Obsidian as pdf files, without highlights.
