can i use poky and meta-intel to use intel tigerlake platform tsn function

I builded intel iotg yocto environment according to https://github.com/intel/iotg-yocto-ese-manifest.and intel document 635120。NOW,the bitbake make mistakes as follows.can i use poky and meta-intel to use intel tigerlake platform tsn function?or only linux and install some package?

Hi, may i know why you need this libopen62541 library for ? If you are not using tsn ref sw , you dont have to have this recipe inside your yocto

Because i want to use tsn function and firstly generate a PPS signal .So i want to use tsn rsf sw.But i have mistakes in bitbake,as the top comment,so i want to correct the mistake or use poky and use tsn ref sw and libopen62541 library.
NOW , i don't know where is the true wrong.so i ask in this issue.
