Clarification on the Conditional Module Declaration in main.bicep #265

I would like to clarify the following line in main.bicep:

module testvmSearchAccess './core/security/search-service-contributor.bicep' = {

Should it not be written as:

module testvmSearchAccess './core/security/search-service-contributor.bicep' = if (_networkIsolation && !_vnetReuse && _deployVM) {

I believe the conditional statement is necessary for proper deployment. Could you please confirm if this is correct? Thank you!
