Reporting phishing and spam messages using third-party add-ins not appearing in user submissions

Hey!

We've been testing the options for third-party reporting tools in Defender and it seems like the emails don't appear in user submissions and no email report is generated to a specified mailbox even though they should.

When the MS report button is enabled, user submissions are submitted just fine using the 3rd party reporting tool.

Have you managed the fix the issue?
I am having the same issue with our third party Reporting Adding but only with an specific tenant.
I tried more or less but so far this tenant is not working, although others works without any issue.
