Missing Grave + Items 1.19.2

Describe the bug
I died on the world and on my travel back to where my loot marker was (grave), there was no grave and when I used the provided commands to view my graves, the marker was there but the grave was absent. My inventory was full of valuables as well as guides for how to play on the server I was on.

Expected behavior
I expected my loot to be where it was when I died or me be able to restore my grave since it disappeared.

• Minecraft Version: 1.19.2

Additional context
All of my prior deaths and post issue deaths spawned a grave and marker.

Could it be possible to find any reproducable steps? Since you mentioned it's a server it happened on, I assume you don't have any logs over this period when it happened(?), so the only way (if I can't see the logs, which might not even be useful at all) to fix this issue is to find a way that I can make this happen on my system and track the bug there

I actually have had a similar issue to this. In my case however, i believe its whenever the server has a lag spike at the same time as the player dying (not sure but best guess). I also had haema installed and would die when i wasnt supposed to, which could be related to not placing a grave. This happened at least 3-4 times during our testing in our modpack

it looks like your in water, would it be that the grave couldnt replace the water or that the grave spawned on land somewhere?

By default the grave will generate in water, waterlogged, so I don't think that's it
