Allow players to set a timer to use a portion of a loader when placing it down.

If a player is given a 24 hour chunk loader, they place it down and end up falling asleep they may end use using more time than they intended. Suggestion is to add the ability to add a timer when placing it.

IE: If a player has a 24 hour chunk loader, it prompts them when they place it how much time do they want it to stay loaded before deactivating.
