A edit to how wildstacker.nosilktouch works.

Okay so, is there a way to make it so that to break a spawner you're required to use silktouch, UNLESS you have wildstacker.nosilkdrop, then you can still mine it?
Currently this isn't the case on my server where we disabled the ability to mine spawners without silktouch because too many players yeeted their spawners on accident. However, those who have wildstacker.nosilkdrop should still be able to break it when the silktouch perm is set 😦

Was told to make a suggestion for this to be added by a discord mod inside of the BG-Software discord.
It makes sense as the whole permission is literally to allow someone not to use silktouch. However, even with the perm, they still are 100% required to use a silktouch, which makes no sense. Either way they will be getting the spawner if this suggestion is added.
