MANAGE YOUR TIME to define the unique presence that your Creator created you to become.
Constantly work on develop your discipline of mindful, intentioned time management so that every second [even when your mind is focused on some task] you are still practicing your time management discipline
Time management discipline, including the small supporting GTD organizational aids and 5S habits, has to be INVOLUNTARY ... complete relexive ... part of your muscle memory ... part of what you do, without thinking.
In other words, time management discipline should be something that you constantly practice and improve, but something reflexive, that can practically almost do "in your sleep" or when you are daydreaming.
It is like SAFELY, PROFESSIONALLY driving a truck in that if you are behind the wheel, you are always sober and alert, never distracted, as you perform the tasks of scanning the road ahead, occasionally glanching in your mirrors and at your instruments, as you grasp the steering wheel, using the pedals and relevant levers and controls to drive safely ... without even really thinking about driving.
Very few [if any] people are better at the discipline of managing their time in accordance with their desired destination of a defined presence ... than they are at driving a car. Maybe you should give up driving a car ... so that you might have more time to focus on coaching yourself as you improve your time mgmt discipline, to become more adept at managing every second of NOW, while also focusing on the tasks ahead to complete them optimally.
Is your time mgmt discipline really less important than your ability to drive? How many times a day or a week do you just jump in a vehicle and drive somewhere without thinking about how much time that drive costs you? How many things do you buy because you have driven somewhere and you are not going to drive back to where you came empty-handed.
Your vehicle costs you far, far, far more than you you can even begin to fathom UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE GONE WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR A YEAR OR TWO. Stop wasting your time by indulging your automotive mindset.
You have something more important to be than JUST A DRIVER ... is that ALL you are? Nothing but a driver that can easily be replaced by robotically-guided-vehicle AI.
MANAGE YOUR TIME to define the unique presence that your Creator created you to become.
Choose your defined presence carefully. If you are a Christian, it is up to you to pray constantly, with intention, as you listen to your Creator so that you may DEFINE the unique Christian presence that your Creator intended your life to become ...most of being a Christian is about the burdens that you remove.
Removing burdens or obstacles to your insight is why you might engage in the discipline of extended fasting. You should not fast, as anorexics or attention whores do, so that you might show off or impress people with how hard you work at fasting. If you fast, you should do it in a manner such that no one notices -- the purpose of fasting in supporting or furthering your spiritual growth is all about the thoughtwork necessary for mental discipline of the recalibration of your desires and your habits, especially those habits, like excessive consumption of alcohol or being lazy and not planning and optimizing your days.
Your Christian life will not be shaped by what you consume or display, but instead it will shaped by your repentance, your humility, your empathy and your forgiveness of the wrongs which you percieve came from others.
You do not need to impress anyone ... in fact, you WILL fail to live up to what your Creator intended your life to be when you PATHETICALLY grasp at the idiotic objective of impressing others or proseletizing or saving others. Others will be saved through our Redeemer, Jesus Christ -- you can lead people to Christ by being a stronger presence or example of faith and the Holy Spirit working in your life.
Your Creator can see your life and knows exactly how and why you have failed so miserably. But your Creator is profoundly merciful; that is why your Creator sent Jesus Christ to suffer and die for your miserable failures.
If you will humbly accept Jesus Christ and repent of your sins, your Creator will guide you and offers you the chance to work each second of each day toward your own personal resurrection ... but you must repent, ask forgiveness [as you forgive others], remove your ego, accept saving grace and allow your Creator to guide you with each second remaining in this existence.
