Trade Skill, Not getting exp from caravans as said on ingame text.

Hail, just an idea of an possible patch.
Right now, it seemes that the game gives exp to notables that owns caravans, but because you, the player character, is flagged as an clan leader, you dont receive trade experience for "Operating Caravans"

There were a mod that fixed this before 1.4.1, but it wasn't updated and now it crash on startup.
Maybe this fix could be incorporated on the community patch project?
Saddly i'm a 0 on skills of coding, if i had any i could try and update the code of the original to contribute.

I've already had found that mod, but the author had disappered.
Funny enough, he reappeared and updated it i think a day after i posted.
