Perks increasing influence and party member size do not work with the new hotfix 1.4.1.231071.
This will be fixed soon.
- Saved games or starting a new game load without crashing.
- Update patched perks that were broken because of e1.4.1
- Fix UI for Tier 11 Smithing perks.
- Fix Battle Equipped perk not being applied correctly
