Docker containers with the sample SQL schema? #8

We could have a Docker container per DB type (built on top of an existing base image) with a way to start with a fresh copy of the schema (pulled from this repo automatically). This would be useful to both authors and editors when testing the SQL scripts in an article, to have a reproducible environment.
