Hi there. I can't for the life of me figure out why, but the stonehunter gnome subrace gives an extra -2 to strength on top of the rock gnome -2 to strength for a total of -4 strength. I don't see anywhere in the book (Dragon Magic) where this is supposed to happen. If this is a glitch, how can I fix it? I went over the LST files but I can't find out where in the LST files the Stonehunter subrace specifically has this extra -2 to edit it myself.
I'm not incredibly versed in PCGen, I'm just an amateur but where is this stat decrease located so I can change it?

It should not. I am investigating this as I do not see an obvious decrease yet.

I have pushed in a change on how penalties are handled. Please try this again and see if this issue is resolved. @technosorcerer
