Not getting investigation EXP reward

Recently I encountered this:
Left the bot running overnight, completed 80+ cases, got up on tomorrow morning and open CS:GO just to find that no EXP reward was given, even after playing 3 deathmatches.
I'm not sure if I am the only one encountering such problem, the situation has been going on for two days now.
Please let me know if anyone is having the same problem, much thanks!

that is, after a "player" receives a ban, I receive after 4-5 days have passed,(I think it's repaired, because a friend said you don't receive it anymore, but you better wait 4 days hmm)

This does not make much sense, because before I received my XP 3/5 hours after doing 20 overwatch cases

it is worth mentioning that I have been using the overwatch bot for more them 2 years now and it has always been like this for 3/5 hours to receive XP

Can be a bug and not related to this bot, maybe no one is receiving xp reward right now.

Doesn't matter. Valve might change something on their end at any time without telling anyone.

Btw just received from the Steam support saying that everything is fine with my account so there must be something different (or changed) on Valve's end

Did 63 cases last night and just as expected, no EXP reward.

If you only use this for XP then just don't use it anymore? I was expecting Valve to somehow detect bots and invalidate their impact. This likely isn't a thing I am going to fix since there might not even be a fix. Just like reports it could depend on XP earned or maybe if you are running VAC currently or not?

Your Steam profile has nothing to do with this. Its likely CSGO XP not Steam XP.

The problem is we don't see blue notifications anymore. Which means CSGO doesn't count correct OW verdicts from the bot.
Hence the bot has become useless.

The code hasn't changed, Valve changed something. Valve doesn't want you to automate Overwatch cases so they try to stop it.

I never blamed bot program, it was perfect. Helped to raise my TF from red to green.

But it had to end like that sooner or later.
People run this bot 24/7 and this must have come into Valve's attention.

It's a Valve Issue. People who've been semiraging and spinning recently haven't been getting into Overwatch at all so until they actually fix whatever they've broken, we probably won't get XP and the cases won't even ban people.

It manually works fine like it gives XP and cases are getting resolved, but the bot itself not doing anything. I used RDP like 1 week imagine how many cases and non of them got banned. So yeah. GG

Found this topic in Google. I have never used your bot. I watch every OW case manually. In 1 week I watched 150+ demos and Valve stopped giving me XP. Probably the problem is not in your bot, but simply in the number of viewing demos for a certain time. So maybe someone found the solution how to return the rewards?

Maybe don't watch 150 cases in a row? omegalul, most people only legitimately watch 2-5 cases at a time, I think they're checking something to see how the case is being downloaded or something maybe? CS has it's own user agent when downloading cases so it could be that perhaps? I don't think there's any point in this, it's not rewarding XP or banning people in the state that it is currently in at the moment

Yea, seems more like it as the usual method didn't give any XP but doing 10 cases at once via the Steamworks method did reward me with XP's (twice).

Same, i just started using it like 3 days ago, i've done 251 cases with this bot, and still no XP. I assume it isn't caused by the bot, i basically checking the Suspect's steam profiles, and they haven't got ban, even if he was cheating like a blatant (80-90 kills).
I guess just not enough people watch overwatch cases.
I even got 2 cases of one guy btw..

A 16:0 with the suspect acing every round would be 80 kills. I highly doubt a person will have this amount of kills, or even 90.

For everyone writing here, I am very very certain that Overwatch (and its XP Rewards) are broken. I received 2 in the past 5 months, despite doing dozens of cases (manually and correctly). It doesn't have anything to do with the bot, but the unfixed mess that Overwatch is.

in a few tests, I'm not alone yet, if you skip demos, you don't get a reward [if you have no skip for as long as you receive a reward]
can you add an option to check the whole demo or not [or does it depend on the client?], i will test it.

The entire demo is already checked from start to end. Its just very very fast. There is an option in the config already to simulate how long it would take if you would watch the Overwatch case in the game like normal.

Hey, I used Steamworks method, but still I'm not getting any exp bonus. Is it normal that it doesn't show "In CS:GO Overwatch Session"? I'm testing owbot on my second account, on my main I'm doing cases manually and I keep getting a lot of exp.

I could try to test it on my main, where I have Global and really high green trust factor, but I'm aware of steamworks effecting the VAC.

I never tested it but if I remember correctly it should be showing that. Although it doesn't matter: It purely cosmetic.

It could be that the bot just wrongfully thinks a cheater is a legit and marks them as such and obviously wrong results don't give XP.

As far as I know the popup continues to show until you collect your bonus XP. Just because you click "OK" does not mean the popup won't show anymore
