Development setup guide

A quick getting started guide would be really appreciated for this repository. Even if it is just a few lines written down in the wiki on what to do to get up an running. People can always improve the guide later on.

I've spent two days trying to get this project running without success. At first I tried upgrading the project to the latest version, but that just broke everything. I started from scratch on day two and am stuck compiling the cupsprint.iml module.

I am new to Android Studio, but I would like to get logcat working at minimum so I can debug the issues I am having and if possible fix them.

Anyone more familiar with Android Studio would be helping everyone out by creating this simple guide. I am happy to flesh out the guide further once I have managed to get myself up and running.

its actually a selfrunner, android studio should set up itself automatically and you should be ready to go
