Loading videos and caching in advance

I have a sveltekit project which displays videos. The user can press the arrow key and it will change the page to another video.

So if i am watching a video on the page: https://myapp.com/video/1

I can press arrow key and it will navigate to another page https://myapp/com/video/2 Currently it just loads the videos after navigation.

Is it possible to load the video on the 2nd page https://myapp.com/video/2 when the user is watching video on the first page? also what if the user goes to the 2nd page but the downloading of the video hasn't finished?
