Additional information:
I was installing ubunto desktop and an error occured, and now I cannot do 
anything.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Console
2. Enter vi *somefile*
3. Console Hangs
4. Force-Close console
5. Open Console again
6. Enter command of choice ('ls' for example)

Actual result:
Return code: 9
Output:
Locked by: pid 198591, cmdline vzctl runscript 142 
/tmp/vecmd_af87e2288f7dbc247228121da9c9b3b9
Container already locked

Expected result:
working Console

Version of the product:
OpenVZ WebPanel 2.4

Server OS:
irrelevant? (CentOs in my Case)

Browser:
irrelevant? (Firefox, Chrome..)

Additional information:
I cannot delete the PID file via console, and I cannot restart the VM anymore.
