Redstone Port Does Not Work

Playing ATM Volcano Block

Built a 9x9 external reactor with 2 Redstone Ports

I cannot toggle the "Trigger While Above" to "Trigger While Below" on either port, at all. The slider does NOT slide, period.

I have broken the reactor and replaced both ports on different sides with the same issue. I cannot change the trigger for "Output Stored". I set up one of these reactors in other modpacks and it did work with some monkeying around, but I can't get it to work no matter what I do.

Reproduced by toggling to OnSignal or WhileBelow and then attempting to swap mode back via the opposite data direction. ensuring that WhileAbove or OnPulse is selected before swapping use of input or output will prevent this issue.
